Lomas Corridor Overview
Approximately 25-Acre site currently serves as interim parking. Developer selected by UNM will lead proposed development. The development will serve to define the Lomas gateway. It is envisioned as a mixed used zone that will provide a range of retail, office, and housing. The primary objective is to generate revenue for UNM while providing services and land uses that are in line with the University’s overall mission.
